The Foundation

In honor of their 8 year old daughter Julianna, Eric and Stacie Sayler established the The Julianna Sayler Foundation in October 2017. Team Julianna, an amazing support network of friends, family and individuals from around the world, came together to support, encourage and help fund Julianna's DIPG treatments. Sadly Julianna passed away on August 18, 2017 after fighting with courage and grace for almost 9 months. Team Julianna is committed to raising awareness for this not so "rare" type of brain tumor in her honor.

Stacie Sayler

Stacie is Julianna's Mommy and the chairman/co-founder of the Julianna Sayler Foundation. Stacie lives with her family and lots of animals on a small farm in Southeast Washington State. She has a degree in Psychology from Washington State University and enjoys following her passion of teaching by homeschooling their children for the past 8 years. Being artistic and detailed orientated, she especially enjoys decorating for programs and events. Staacie grew up showing horses and Beagles and loves gardening, raising Golden Retrievers and being with her family. Through Julianna's Journey fighting DIPG Stacie gained a new passion: spreading awareness for DIPG in Julianna's honor.

Her family can be found at Wallowa lake, her favorite place, during the summer weekends. Julianna was a dear friend to Becky's oldest daughter, and she was loved by their entire family. Throughout Julianna's journey, Becky saw herself as a support person. She feels deeply honored to continue this role through sharing Julianna's story to bring awareness and help others.

Team Julianna

The most important part of Team Julianna is YOU!

Julianna loved knowing she had a big praying family from around the world and that Team Julianna was supporting her fight against DIPG. While in London she decided to start a video project. She loved traveling, hearing different languages and meeting new people. She started recording other DIPG families, her doctors, nurses and friends saying"Team Julianna - Praying for a Cure" in their own language. Although she was not able to finish the video project before she passed away, we finished it for her in her honor.

The Julianna Sayler Foundation is an approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, as determined by the IRS  (EIN: 82-3170347)
